The mission of the CMHA is to serve the community by helping people access affordable housing. Working with collaborative partners, they develop, renovate and maintain housing, promote neighborhood revitalization; and assist residents in accessing needed social services.

Information on code enforcement. There is also a Rental Rehabilitation Program designed to provide necessary funding for repairs to smaller rental projects in the central city of Columbus.

The REALTORS association always has excellent information as well as classes to increase your knowledge base.

The Columbus Apartment Association’s purpose is to provide legislative, education, and networking services for members who are the companies who own or manage multifamily communities and the companies that service the apartment industry.
