While there are better platforms for tracking investments or overall finances, RentRedi does provide a reporting system and tracks cash flow by property. It also offers somewhat customizable templates for tracking income and expenses, but it is not as robust as other platforms in this space.
Innago is free for landlords. However, tenants must pay fees for tenant screening applications, income verification, and ACH or debit card rent payments. In competitive markets, landlords can pay these fees to attract tenants. However, some people have complained about the high cost of Innago payment processing fees for rent collection, fearing that this could have further implications for rent payment with their renters down the road.
