Your rent payments are NOT building your credit
Rent is your largest bill each month. But the credit bureaus aren’t even considering it for your credit score. Does that seem right to you?
Instead, put your rent payments to work for you
We report your payments to the credit bureau to improve your score. Don’t worry, we only report on-time payments, so it never hurts your score.
How do you know when I pay rent on time?
We contact your landlord each month to confirm you paid on time, and then we’ll tell the credit bureau. It’s that simple.
Boost your credit for less than a latte!
Just $5/month. Simple as that.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much will my credit score go up?
TurboCredit can increase scores as much as 40 points. Because everyone’s credit profile is different, it’s impossible to predict exactly how much an individual’s credit score will go up. Individuals with little or no credit will benefit most from having their on-time rent payments reported to the credit bureau.
How long does it take for my credit to go up?
Because your credit score is impacted by many different factors, it is difficult to predict exactly how long it will take for your credit to go up. All things being equal, your credit score should begin improving as soon as we report your first on-time rent payment.
Can this service negatively impact my credit?
We only report your on-time rent payments, meaning your credit will never be negatively impacted by this service.
Can you report my on-time rent payments from the past?
TurboCredit allows you to report up to six months of past on-time rent payments. If you’d like to take advantage of reporting past on-time rent payments, we’ll need your landlord to verify that your past rent payments were made on time.
How do you know if I paid my rent on time?
TurboTenant reaches out to your landlord each month to verify that you paid your rent on time. Once your landlord has confirmed that you paid your rent on time, TurboTenant reports your on-time payment to TransUnion, and your payment for that month is included in your credit history.
How do I know if I’m a good fit for TurboCredit?
If you have no credit history, or your credit score could use some love, or you just want another positive input into your credit history, TurboCredit is right for you. Improving your credit can get you better interest rates on credit cards and loans, better mortgage rates for a future home purchase, and higher credit limits on your credit cards.
