First rental property – a 9 unit multifamily

So about to go under contract on my first rental property across state lines – it is 3 duplexes (3br/2ba) and 1 duplex (2br/1ba) and a single family home (3br/2ba) – It is in a rather small town so having any kind of real professional support on the ground could be a challenge. Any suggestions or advice?
