    I signed a lease agreement with a tenant. I told her thru the portal that a $500 deposit needs to be paid and the balance de at move-in. The payment request was also thru the portal. She has not responded at all and a payment reminder was also sent to her thru turbo tenant. She has ghosted me. Obviously i do not want to rent to her. My question is: Legally, what are my options to cancel the lease even though she has signed.
