  • Making a Property Listing…

Okay this is one that I love hearing everyone’s thoughts on because there’s always tips and tricks and room for improvement! What are your top tips for making a great rental property listing for vacancies?

    Here’s some of mine:

    • Natural lighting for pictures – this one is HUGE! The photo quality is so much better and makes the room look larger
    • Removing any clutter / light clean up – I always remove any clutter or try to keep rooms as bare as possible when taking photos of my rentals. I feel like this helps renters imagine themselves living there and just makes the rooms look better
    • Don’t forget to talk about amenities/neighborhood attractions – I always highlight the unique aspects of my rental that make it attractive to renters. For example, if it’s within walking distance from a park or grocery store, if there’s a pool or wood floors, any outdoor spaces or workout facilities. This is so important because these days renters are looking to live in places with awesome amenities. It also helps justify your asking price!

What tips do you live by for rental listings?
