Where to list a rental property?

Do you guys typically list your sites online? And if so, what platforms have you seen the most success with? I know some landlords also see success from word of mouth or offering incentives to past tenants to refer their friends. I’ve never tried either of those methods but interested to hear if it’s worked for you. Thanks!
