All data for our weekly and monthly TurboTenant reports, including our Rental Market Reports, is proprietary and anonymized. We report on active listing growth, renter lead growth, and the average number a leads a property receives. We typically include analysis of major rental markets throughout the U.S. with the goal of covering the largest markets while also adding smaller markets throughout the midwest regions.
Starting in March of 2020, we began sending monthly surveys to our active landlord and renter bases. Topics range from rent payments, rental processes, moving trends, and eviction trends. You can find our November survey analysis here. Surveys are conducted using Google Forms. All data is for general analytical use only. Individual responses are confidential, and we do not share the identity publicly or with third parties.
