Please give us an update with security and permissions, I believe many of us want to delegate certain aspects of the software to various staff.

Will you consider doing Zillow listings, like Hemlane? Is there anything in the product roadmap that will address Zillow listings?

A technical detail, when it comes to esign – sometimes we input emails incorrectly, could you add the feature to update emails without needing to resign the docs again? Such as one has completed signing and they don’t need to sign again if the other party’s email needs to be updated?

Have you considered a feature that allows landlords to see the automated messages sent to Tenants? I just had to tell one that they received a message about uploading their insurance, but I didn’t have an actual copy of the email.

Also ditto on the scheduling regular maintenance and setting up reminders to do things like furnace filters and other regular maintenance maybe sprinklers and pest control was another good idea.

These could be reminders to the landlord to set it up, like deduct cleaning or to the tenants to change the filter

    Seamus,

I have a renter who has signed the lease and paid the deposit, however will not be moving in until the end of the month. My welcome doc goes out one week prior to move-in. Should I send a message in the middle of the month to check in with her? I feel the need to reconfirm the arrangements.

    Thanks, Carol

When I submit questions through customer support lately my questions have gone unanswered. Is there a reason for this? I’m looking into switching to TurboTenant accounting from QuickBooks but I will not be making the switch if my questions are going to be ignored. I’ve been in the IT space myself for most of the last decade, and have been a landlord using TurboTenant for the last 4 years, and I think my input could be helpful.

Do you have any plans to allow commercial tenants on your platform? I currently lease a residential property to a hospital that provides housing for their medical providers, but I’m unable to enter them as a tenant in TT due to the restriction on commercial entities.

Additionally, we manage other commercial properties with paying tenants, and it would be incredibly helpful to manage all of our tenants—residential and commercial—within a single application.

Is this something you’re considering for future updates?

    Hello,

To begin, we would like to acknowledge our recent membership with TurboTenant, having joined this month. We are migrating our portfolio of properties from RentRedi and Avail. We are particularly appreciative of the chance to engage with TurboTenant’s leadership, which is a refreshing approach that directly connects leadership with its customers.

Given our new status on the platform, we have a few basic questions. Firstly, will you continue to develop the iPhone app to mirror the website’s functionality? Will there be a native app created? We are perplexed by the necessity to log in every time we launch the app. Additionally, why does the app display an “Update available” message despite not being updated. Secondly, will you develop a native iPad app? The iPad is an ideal companion for our field work.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sincerely,

    Mojo Properties

Any plans to enhance the message feature to allow you to edit or delete a message sent to a tenant?

Can you share how you were able to work with the hospital and rent to medical professionals? Do they stay for a year or is their lease usually shorter?

Will you be sending drip marketing emails 3 per day or more? Because I really don’t have anything else to do, but to keep deleting them.

Is there anyway to advertise an apartment without leaving a phone number? I would like people texting or messaging on Turbo tenant, not calling me and calling me. Thank you. Phone number should be optional. <div>

Where the rental is there is a significant shortage of places to rent so they reached out to me. I have them in a year long lease then it goes month to month as I do with all of my rentals. I don’t care who they move in our out. I have the lease with them and then they place a provider. If they are traveling providers, the hospital may furnish the house and move people in and out as the providers come and go. The provider pays the hospital and the hospital pays me.

    @kvidhya-uyergmail-com Vidhya,

You are not alone in requesting this feature. Personally, I want it for air filters. The smart thermostat at my primary reminds me, but my rental doesn’t have one, and I too often forget. I used Google Calendar reminders for a while. Still, every other aspect of my management is in TurboTenant, so I’d like this to be as well. We’ve had this on our product roadmap for a while, but it keeps getting bumped for higher-priority items.

Having your vote on this within our Feature Request board would be great. The Product Team uses this to help prioritize our Roadmap.
