I am late to the party on feedback, but it would be helpful to see which tenant makes a card payment. They just show up on in my bank account as “RTP CREDIT – TurboTenant, Inc- SOUTH SAN FRANCISC CA”. It becomes confusing/time consuming for backend bookkeeping to track down who made the payment. Whereas an ACH payment includes a portion of the tenant’s last name so I know who made the payment.

The home guide should be attached to a property, not to a lease. It takes a bunch of time to create the home guide. Or at least enable the copy of the home guide to another lease.

Hi Seamus, I have recently switched to TT to try it out and am having a lot of issues with my roommates under the same lease but paying separate tenants. It looks like it doesnt allow them to autopay. This is a pretty big issue for everyone involved, and wondering if it will be changed and if so when? A couple of tenants also had concerns I have already emailed into about. I really like a lot of the features of TT but would love to get some fixes on a few of those things moving forward. Wondering if you guys are working on those and if so when would it become live? They are otherwise refusing to use it and defeats the purpose of having TT and REI hub if I cant get everything together in it. Looking forward to hearing back.

    Thanks

I advertised on Turbo Tenant and paid 149.00 on 4-27-25 for marketing support to find one qualified tenant for my rental that will be available on 7-1-25. I just want to find a tenant.

I was supposed to get phone support but yet have no phone numbers supplied to me. What am I getting for my payment?

    Hi Russell,

The AMA with Seamus ended on the 28th at 4 pm MT, but wanted to jump in here and answer your question. For marketing on TurboTenant, there’s no need to pay the $149. All you have to do to market your property is create a listing and click “publish”. This will syndicate automatically to 25 listing sites for free.

If you upgraded for phone support, that makes sense. Phone support is available to all Premium users. The phone number is listed under “Need Help?” on your dashboard menu.
