  • Cannot Change Tenant’s Email Address

    I’m an inch from cancelling and never using this site again. Why are you not able to change a tenant’s email address? I want send an addendum. An addendum requires a lease doc uploaded. A lease requires a tenant added. But the tenant cannot have their email address changed. This is over engineered slop.

    Hi Thomas! You can update a Renter’s information all the way up until they log into their account for the first time. In cases such as this, the tenant can update their information directly from their account in their Settings, or you can reach out to the TurboTenant Support Team so they can assist in updating the information for you.
