Do I Need To Run a Eviction Check If I’m Already Running a Background Check?

What exactly shows up in an eviction report when screening a tenant? Do these reports include only completed evictions, or also ones that were filed but later dismissed or resolved? Also, is it necessary to run one if I’m already doing background and credit checks? Just trying to figure out how useful they actually are and whether they’re worth the extra cost.
