    Hi! I’m Sara, a Principal Product Manager at TurboTenant. My team builds and maintains our mobile apps and other products like Condition Reports and in-app messages. We love working for you and are always striving to make your experience better.

    In that spirit, the goal of this post is to announce a new offering you can find in your account today called the Home Guide! To start, we automatically add information to the Home Guide for you. You can then customize it by including additional information that you want to share with tenants such as utility set up details, HOA rules, or how to change the filter. More details are below!

    To create a Home Guide, navigate to the Leases tab, open a lease, and click on the “Home Guide” tab on the right.
