Like most things investors face daily, insurance and general knowledge is so important. Understanding what your policy covers and what it doesn’t seems like the basics but alot of new investors don’t know what they don’t know, so partnering with a smart, and savvy agent is a key role for your team. We use SF for alot of our stuff and have an amazing agent. We had numerous claims this year due to weather…..thank goodness we understood actual cash value vs replacement on roofs.

I’ve never filed a claim, thank goodness, but I use Steadily for my Colorado rental. I shopped around to 3 different providers and Steadily was the cheapest when looking at comparable coverage.

The think they pushed me over the edge with Steadily was their willingness to jump on the phone and talk through coverage options.

Property is in LA and I was with the same company for 50 years for my rental properties. That company went out of state and I went with Steadily and actually got within a couple hundred dollars the same premium that my previous insurance company gave me. So far I’m very happy with them.
