What is a good distance from a hospital to buy a place to target traveling nurses?

My last property was about 10 miles from a local hospital and we were hoping it would attract some traveling nurses, but mostly families expressed interest. Was 10 miles too far? How close do you usually target a property to a hospital if you want to get this audience’s attention?
