We analyze market rate data twice a year alongside performance reviews. You can be sure the salary range we’re using for your particular level and role is competitive with Colorado companies of a similar size.

We offer equity alongside salary because having each team member be an owner of the company drives alignment and attracts the right people for our team and culture.

Our PTO system accrues, starting on day one of employment, at a rate of 22 days per year or 0.846 days per bi-weekly pay check. In addition to this accrual, you receive another day off for your birthday, along with eight paid holidays. This results in maximum of 31 days off for your first full year of employment!

We have healthy contributions for these plans with many plan options covered at 100% for you as the employee.

We match half of the first 3% of your contributions with two-year vesting.

We provide space for up to 12 weeks leave, with four of those weeks being fully paid.

We invest in mental fitness through a program called Positive Intelligence to help you unlock your potential – and you can share it with your loved ones!
