TurboTenant Ranks No. 824 on the 2020 Inc. 5000

The Fort Collins, CO-based property management software company lands in the top 1000 with a three-year growth rate of nearly 600%. 

Fort Collins, Colorado – August 12, 2020 TurboTenant, an all-in-one, free property management tool, was ranked No. 824 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. TurboTenant also earned the No. 6 spot for Top Software Companies in Colorado, and No. 29 for Top Colorado Companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Sarnen Steinbarth, TurboTenant posted a three-year growth rate of 578%. Companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to the percentage of revenue growth from 2016 to 2019.

The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500% and a median rate of 165%. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for over 1 million jobs over the past three years. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
